Welcome
to one of many new sections you will find in your newsletter.
This department is designed to be both helpful and informative
as it relates to the Commercial Law League of America
and its Commercial Collection Agency Section.
For
informational Purposes, the Commercial Law League of America
is North America's oldest creditors' rights organization.
Founded in 1895, the CLLA has nearly 5,000 members in
the United States as well as in dozens of countries abroad.
The Commercial Law League consists of attorneys who concentrate
their practice in commercial law, literally hundreds of
individuals who are employed by commercial collection
agencies, and many forward their clients' claims to certified
lawyers who belong to such groups as the CLLA.
